PR Pilot uses AI models to analyze your code and provide code reviews, suggestions, and PR templates. When you use our default AI models, your code is processed through secure API endpoints to deliver intelligent code analysis. You have the option to configure and use your own custom AI models, which gives you full control over where and how your code is processed.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and optional profile information such as company name and location.
We collect usage data tied to your account to understand how features are used, measure performance, and improve the product. This information includes event-level analytics such as feature usage patterns and AI model configuration choices, but does not include your actual code content.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information and code data when using our AI model APIs. This includes encryption in transit, secure API endpoints, and adherence to industry-standard security practices.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you require enhanced privacy and control, you can use your own custom AI models to process your code independently of our services.

If you choose to configure and use your own custom AI models or connect to third-party AI services, those services will have their own privacy policies and data processing practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms of service before using their services. When using custom models, you have full control over where your code is processed.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. You can request deletion of your account at any time, and we will remove associated personal information unless we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
